CES Partners, Ltd. Adds Healthcare Search Consultant
CES Partners, Ltd., a leading healthcare executive search firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Laura A. Conley as Vice President of its growing organization. The addition of Ms. Conley will help CES Partners respond to its increasing healthcare market share and expand and enhance client service capabilities.
Laura has exceptional healthcare leadership credentials, specifically in the areas of quality and performance improvement. She is an appointed Innovation Advisor by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Laura and 72 other quality and safety leaders across the nation were chosen to collaborate with each other and with CMS on how to make systematic improvements across healthcare.
Previously, Laura led hospital wide strategic improvement initiatives for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago (formally Children’s Memorial Hospital), Rush University Medical Center, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She participated in a diverse portfolio of performance improvement, patient safety, and strategic planning projects, providing her with a unique set of experiences. Additionally, Laura was fortunate to be able to partner with the American Academy of Pediatrics to design and implement a successful quality improvement initiative that improved asthma outcomes for patients throughout the United States.

A native of Chicago, Laura graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Business. She earned her Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University in 2007.
