BARRY CESAFSKY QUOTED IN ACHE’S HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVE
Chicago, IL, July 1, 2013--“Recruiters are no longer simply relying on job candidates to provide lists of their perceived strengths and weaknesses,” according to Barry Cesafsky who was quoted in the July/August issue of Healthcare Executive, a publication of the American College of Healthcare Executives intended for top healthcare leaders.
Instead, Cesafsky says, recruiters are asking competency-based questions that focus on actual situations and behaviors. These questions create what Cesafsky refers to as “valid foundation” for comparing candidates and also allow for more probing follow-up questions.
Cesafsky is quoted in an article by Michael A. Broscio, CMF, who is director of the Healthcare Executive Career Resource Center, at ACHE. Read the entire article in the “Perspectives” section of the CES Partners website under “Thought Leadership”.
