A Decade of Recruiting Honors
CHICAGO, IL. June 20, 2014 CES Partners, Ltd. has been ranked among the nation’s top healthcare search firms for the tenth consecutive year. Modern Healthcare released the results of its annual survey of the “Largest Healthcare Executive Search Firms” in a recent issue. The ranking was based on the 2014 survey of retained executive search firms and the number of placements of senior-level executives made by each recruitment firm.
“We’re pleased to be acknowledged for our consistent record as a top healthcare search firm,” says CES Partners’ President Barry Cesafsky. CES Partners was founded in 2001 by Cesafsky who has 30 years of executive search experience.
“This recognition by the leading publication for senior healthcare executives is especially gratifying in these challenging days of continued healthcare reform,” Cesafsky noted. “Change and the attention given to healthcare has fostered the entry of search firms into the field. CES Partners is pleased to be one of the firms healthcare providers turn to when they shore up the talent they’ll need to navigate the rough seas ahead. Whether it is consulting to improve executive retention or bringing in the leaders who are adept at managing change, CES Partners is available to help,” Cesafsky said. “We know providers have many choices when selecting help in recruiting their top executives; we’re pleased that they call us because of the quality professional service and the personal touch we can provide.”
Cesafsky believes CES Partners has enjoyed continuous growth since its founding because of its consistent and successful delivery of professional services with a personal touch and by adding a select handful of consultants—all experienced in healthcare, and thus, having background and insights it takes to recruit a full spectrum of leaders for its clients. Beyond successful recruiting of CEOs, COOs, CIOs, Senior Vice Presidents, Patient Care Executives, and other Administrators, CES Partners has developed excellent niche practices to recruit executives for Clinical Departments, Service Lines, Long Term Care and Senior Services, and Medical Group Practice Leadership.
Cesafsky also adds that some growth of CES Partners is due in part to the consultative approach it provides, beyond recruitment of top executives. “Healthcare providers are beginning to realize they can tap a wealth of management and organizational experience from the same team that provides their quality recruitment,” Cesafsky said. “We have offered assistance with on-boarding executive coaching, compensation analyses, and succession planning for many years. But as we continue in the era of Healthcare Reform, we find our clients need more. Today, more of our clients are asking us to put our organizational assessment tools to work for them.”
