CES Partners Ranked One of the Top Healthcare Search Firms
CHICAGO, IL. May 31, 2016 CES Partners, Ltd. has been ranked among the nation’s top healthcare search firms for the twelfth consecutive year. Modern Healthcare released the results of its annual survey of the “Largest Healthcare Executive Search Firms” in a recent issue. The ranking was based on the 2016 survey of retained executive search firms and the number of placements of senior-level executives made by each recruitment firm.
“We’re pleased to be acknowledged for our consistent record as a top healthcare search firm,” says CES Partners’ President and CEO Barry Cesafsky. CES Partners was founded in 2001 by Cesafsky who has 30 years of executive search experience.
“This recognition by the leading publication for senior healthcare executives is especially gratifying in these challenging days of healthcare transformation,” Cesafsky noted.
“CES Partners is pleased to be one of the search firms that healthcare providers turn to when they shore up the talent they’ll need to navigate the rough seas ahead. Whether it is consulting to improve executive retention or bringing in the leaders who are adept at managing change, CES Partners is available to help,” Cesafsky said. “We know providers have many choices when selecting help in recruiting their top executives; we’re pleased that they call us because of the quality professional service and the personal touch we can provide.”
Cesafsky believes CES Partners has enjoyed continuous, steady growth since its founding because of its consistent and successful delivery of professional services with a personal touch and by adding a select handful of consultants—all experienced in healthcare, and thus, having background and insights it takes to recruit a full spectrum of leaders for its clients. Beyond successful recruiting of CEOs, COOs, CIOs, Senior Vice Presidents, Patient Care Executives, and other Administrators, CES Partners has developed excellent niche practices to recruit executives for Clinical Departments, Service Lines, Long Term Care and Senior Services, and Medical Group Practice Leadership. Especially in a new era of healthcare reform and values-based purchasing, CES Partners is also responding to the challenge of bringing new leadership to Clinically Integrated Networks.
Although not the biggest healthcare executive search firm, CES Partners has maintained a manageable size by keeping its most senior consultants involved with day-to-day search work. Cesafsky says, “All of our most experienced and proven professionals are working consultants. We preserve the quality of our work through hands-on involvement of these established consultants. We call it Professional Search with a Personal Touch.”
